The User has a period of 10 days to withdraw from their balance top-up, without having to justify their reasons, from the date of the top-up.
To exercise their right of withdrawal, the User can contact MoyoLink by email at the following address: [email protected] or by phone at the following number: +1 (484) 585-0090
In case of withdrawal within the deadline, MoyoLink will refund the User for all sums paid for the balance top-up, within 10 days of the date on which MoyoLink was informed of the withdrawal. The refund will be made using the same means of payment as that used by the User for the initial transaction.
To be reimbursed, the User must ensure that the top-up balance has not been used.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the top-up balance that has been used.
